Graham is interested in the relationship between form and function. His interest is how form shapes the way we live, energises and enriches our lives. He draws his inspiration from nature and construction rules found within.

After completing a Diploma in Fine Arts majoring in Sculpture Graham embarked upon architectural and construction studies and now has some 20 years’ experience working as an architectural designer within the industry.

Graham has designed a wide range of projects which includes house alterations, additions, new homes, tiny homes, multi units, earthquake strengthening, low cost housing both in the residential and commercial sector.

He was also the principal designer for the highly successful Dunedin Ice stadium and the Tekapo hot springs ice rink. Having worked previously as a builder allows him to approach design in a pragmatic way.

Although based in Dunedin, with the aid of technology and ease of travel Graham is able to work throughout NZ with no discernable extra cost to the client.

Graham is keen to pursue architecture within a sculptural context utilizing alternate construction rules and organization of space.
